F O Engineering has completed its acquisition of Servo Dynamics Corporation. The combined assets and strong technology base of these two companies position us to support a growing industry need for innovative and reliable motion control solutions.
F O Engineering has a strong track record of doing Fast and Optimal designs for both the commercial and aerospace markets. Our products encompass a broad range of technologies with a focus on high performance and reliable digital designs for helicopter flight and missile fin control systems. We maintain an ISO9001 and AS9100 certified design and production facility in Santa Clarita, California.
Servo Dynamics has been producing high-quality servo amplifiers since 1984 with a broad range of both brush and brushless products. The products are very robust, low cost, and are used in a wide range of applications including medical, semiconductor, environmental, security and general automation.
The combined company has over 40 years of experience in the motion control industry and will focus on the development of a new generation of high performance, easy to use, digital drives that will cover a wide variety of applications. We will also aggressively pursue custom solutions for hard to meet requirements ranging from compact design and unique environmental conditions to complex applications and challenging price points.
